Romper Delivery Information

Rompers for men are the hottest product this year in men’s fashion and are in high demand. In order to best meet our customer’s expectations, we have amended a few policies:

Rompers are currently being delivered with a 15-30 day backorder due to high demand and holiday season sales. We do not guarantee your romper will be produced, shipped or delivered by a specific date. Rompers will be delivered in the order in which they were received unless a premium shipping options has been purchased. We do not provide any refunds, discounts or any compensation for orders that do not ship by our estimated delivery time.

Rompers are still bound by the following policies:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
  • Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
  • Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Products Policy

Multi-product orders containing rompers and other products may be delayed or shipped separately.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy on all orders, including pre-orders. This policy is not negotiable. After 24 hours we begin manufacturing your product to your specified design, garment and size. Any cancelled orders will result in wasted materials, labor and possible delay for other customers.

Any cancellations after 24 hours are entitled to the following:

  • Your orders full value, including shipping and taxes, in store credit.
  • A refund to your original payment method, minus a 30% restocking fee, including shipping and taxes.
  • These options are not negotiable.
Returns & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a refund, return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Products showing any sign of wear, wash or odor will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs and duty taxes.

We must receive and process your returned items before any refund or exchange is provided. It can take up to 10 days to fully process your return.

Refund and Exchange Options:

What size should I order?

Please review our size guide page for a complete size chart.  All of our products are US sizing.  If you prefer a looser fitting garment, we suggest ordering 1 size up.

How long will delivery take?

All products are made to order.  Every order requires a minimum 10-14 business day production time before shipping.  This does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped:

United States: 3-5 days via USPS
Canada: 5-7 days via DHL
Rest of World: 5-14 days via DHL

We may offer expedited and priority shipping options to your country for an additional charge.  Premium shipping options will prioritize your order for faster production.
