How long does my order take to process?

Orders take 3 days to pass through our processing and verification systems, including PayPal and International orders.

How long is production?

Production time varies depending on the quantity and type of products in your order.  

Male Rompers and Ugly Christmas Rompers are in stock and ship within 7-10 days, excluding holidays and weekends.

All other items generally require a minimum 10-14 business days, after processing, to be produced.  

During this time we are printing, cutting, sewing and packaging your custom made order.  We thank you for your patience as we work hard to hand-craft your order.

Can I purchase a premium shipping option?

Yes!  Purchasing a premium shipping option helps us prioritize your order.  This is a great option if you need your order for a birthday, holiday or special event.

I need my order quick, what can I do?

If you need your order for a birthday, holiday or special event please reach out to us immediately.  We will do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you in time.

It's after the Estimated Ship Date, where is my order?

The estimated ship date is the average time it takes until your order is shipped based on orders most similar to yours.  If you have not received a tracking number by this date, please do not worry.  Your order is still in production and will ship shortly.

7 Days past your estimated ship date, please contact us.  Our customer support team will help locate your order and ensure it is out for delivery as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be displayed at the top of this page and sent to your email.  Your package can be tracked with DHL GlobalMail.

If you do not have a tracking number then your order is still in production.

Can I cancel my order?

All of our products are made to order, therefore we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.  Once your order is placed we immediately begin processing and prepare your order for production.  

If your order will not arrive in the time you need it then you may exchange it for any other product of equal value in our store.
