How long does my order take to process?

Orders take 6 hours to pass through our processing and verification systems.  If you need to change or cancel an order, it must be done within the first 6 hours.

How long is production?

All orders typically require 10 business days to handcraft your order.  This does not include weekends or holidays.  Larger orders may require up to 14 days.

During this time we are printing, cutting, sewing and packaging your custom made order.  We thank you for your patience as we work hard to hand-craft your order.

Can I purchase a premium shipping option?

Yes!  Purchasing a premium shipping option helps us prioritize and ship your order faster.  This is a great option if you need your order for a birthday, holiday or special event.

To purchase a premium shipping option, please cancel and replace your order with the desired shipping option.

How do I track my order?

Your order has not shipped yet.

Once shipped, your tracking number will be displayed at the top of this page and sent to your email.  Depending on your shipping option and country, your package can be tracked with one of the following carriers:

ePacket (EMS)
DHL Global Mail
USPS

Please allow 3-5 days for tracking to fully populate online.

If you do not have a tracking number then your order has not been shipped yet.
