Important Update

For many years, we were able to offer thousands of unique designs by producing our products on demand.  However, this production method increased delivery times for our customers and caused satisfaction issues.  Waiting an additional 10 days before your item was ready to ship was frustrating and inconvenient.  So, we listened to your valuable feedback and we are currently working to stock inventory for all our products.

To do this most efficiently, we have temporarily suspended all shipments and provided free shipping on every order.  If you placed an order after January 20th, we sincerely ask for your patience until we resume shipments.

Shipments will resume on February 22, 2019.

How long is production?

Orders typically ship within 1 business day or next business day if your order was placed on a weekend or holiday.

Can I purchase a premium shipping option?

Yes!  Purchasing a premium shipping option helps us prioritize and ship your order with a faster carrier. This is a great option if you need your order for a birthday, holiday or special event.

To purchase a premium shipping option, please cancel and replace your order with the desired shipping option.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please login to your account and select ‘Cancel Order’.  This option is only available for 30-minutes after your order has been placed.
