Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of ordering; clearance items are eligible for store credit only.We offer easy returns for all domestic and international orders, no restocking fees.Shipping charges are non-refundable.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returning a clearance or holiday item?

Clearance items may only be returned for store credit, they are not eligible for returns to your original payment method or exchanges because the clearance rack offers significant discounts on merchandise with limited availability. 

Holiday items are eligible for returns up to December 1st of each year, in brand new condition.  Only exchanges for another holiday product or size will be accepted after December 1st.

Receive a damaged or incorrect item?

How long does it take to process my return?

Click the button above to start a return, you will be provided with return instructions.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit or debit card account.
