Holiday Tracking Update
The holidays are a wonderful time of the year, and we are here to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. To do this, we are shipping orders from various distribution centers, which use various shipping providers.

Allow 3-5 days for tracking to be available online for most orders.

To do this, we need our elves working fast to process, pack and ship every order. This means, if you need to modify or cancel an order, please do so within 30-minutes.
After 30-minutes, your order is automatically sent into our production queue and is unable to be modified or cancelled. If this time has passed, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. No worries, we’ll help you out – but please be patient. You must wait to receive your order before we can take action. No exceptions.
