Step 1: Go to ” My Account” and select Orders on the drop down menu.
Step 2: Select Cancel.
- Due to an increase in Holiday sales, this option is only available for 30-minutes after the order has been placed.
If you are trying to cancel an order after 30-minutes, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for a full refund. No worries, we’ll help you out – but please be patient. You must wait to receive your order before we can take action. No exceptions.
If you do not see the Cancel option, it is because it has past the 30-minute cancellation period. We are no longer able to cancel your order at this point since it has entered production.
