File A Return / Exchange

If you experience any problem with your product upon delivery, please go to your Orders Tab and select Refund. Here you may file a claim to refund or exchange your product for a replacement. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs including any taxes, duties and customs.

Instructions

File A Return

  • Select Refund in your Orders section.
  • Select a refund option of either your full order amount in store credit or a 70% refund (30% restocking fee) of your purchase excluding shipping.
  • Submit images of your return along with a full description for your return issue.
  • Submit your claim which will go into review.

This option is only available after 45 days of your purchase date to ensure that you have enough time to receive and inspect your product.

File An Exchange

  • Select Refund in your Orders section.
  • Select Store Credit.
  • Submit your request which will go into review.

Accepted Returns / Exchanges

Returns:

Returns will be accepted for products which are damaged upon delivery or if you received the wrong product.  Return shipping may be required and is the responsibility of the customer for all shipping costs, taxes, duties or customs.

  • Arrived damaged or missing items.
  • Received wrong product or size.
  • Significant production damage.
    • White marks or spots are not covered.
    • Slight misalignment is not covered.
    • Slight color difference is not covered.
    • Material not as expected is not covered.

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be issued in store credit, which may then be used to purchase any other product of your choice.  Return shipping may be required and is the responsibility of the customer for all shipping costs, taxes, duties or customs.

Not Accepted Returns

Returns will not be accepted for products which are in working condition and as described.

  • Not Accepted: No longer want the product.
  • Not Accepted: Material not as expected.
  • Not Accepted: Normal wear and use.
  • Not Accepted: White marks or spots.
  • Not Accepted: Slight design misalignment.
  • Not Accepted: Slight color differences.

 

We cannot issue a refund or exchange for orders made with store credit.
