Ugly Christmas Amendment:

Ugly Christmas Rompers and Sweaters are the highlight of the season.  Due to the festive nature of these products, we have implemented a strict no return policy.  This is the same policy as our Halloween products.

Returns
All sales are final – no returns.

Exchanges
We only permit exchanges for size.  Designs may not be exchanged.  Product must be unworn and in original condition.

Fault Products
We will replace any faulty product free of charge.  No refund is permitted for faulty products.

Romper Amendment:

Includes Ugly Christmas Rompers.

Rompers for men are the hottest product this year in men’s fashion and are in high demand. In order to best meet our customer’s expectations, we have amended a few policies:

Romper selection has been restricted so that we can bulk order and stock ready to ship rompers.  We will do our best to ensure stock is available at all times, but due to huge demand we cannot guarantee every design and size will be available for immediate delivery or shipped by a specific date.  Rompers will be delivered in the order in which they were received unless a premium shipping options has been purchased. We do not provide any refunds, discounts or any compensation for orders that do not ship by our estimated delivery time.

Rompers are still bound by the following policies:

  • 30-Minute Cancellation Policy
  • Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
  • Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Products Policy

Multi-product orders containing rompers and other products may be delayed or shipped separately.

Products Made To Order:

Getonfleek is able to offer thousands of exciting new product options only through a process called on-demand production. It is not possible for a company to keep stock or inventory for thousands of options while still releasing relevant designs of today’s newest trends.

When a customer places an order, we manufacture then fulfill. The manufacturing process includes printing your designs, cutting fabric to your size and sewing the panels together into our unique all over print wearable garment. This process takes a minimum of 10-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

30-Minute Cancellation Policy:

We enforce a strict 30-Minute cancellation policy on all orders, including pre-orders. This policy is not negotiable. After 30 minutes we begin manufacturing your product to your specified design, garment and size. You will not be able to cancel your order after this period.

Estimated Shipping Date:

Getonfleek provides an estimated shipping date through our order tracking system.   This shipping date is an estimate based on orders most similar to yours and does not include final delivery time to your address. We do not guarantee your order will ship by this date, this is only an estimate. We do not provide any refunds, discounts or any compensation for orders that do not ship by the estimated date.

Production Time:

Getonfleek is unable to immediately ship or exceedingly expedite your order. All products require a minimum of 10-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Multi-product orders and rompers for men may take longer due to high demand. We do not guarantee your order will be produced by a specific date, this is only an estimate. We do not provide any refunds, discounts or any compensation for orders that require additional production time.

Premium Shipping Options:

Customers may purchase a premium shipping option at checkout. These options allow us to prioritize your order during production. We highly suggest purchasing a premium option during holidays and sale events or for high demand products such as rompers for men.

All Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

Accepted Returns / Exchanges

Returns:

Returns will be accepted for products which are damaged upon delivery or if you received the wrong product.  Return shipping may be required and is the responsibility of the customer for all shipping costs, taxes, duties or customs.

  • Arrived damaged or missing items.
  • Received wrong product or size.
  • Significant production damage.
    • White marks or spots are not covered.
    • Slight misalignment is not covered.
    • Slight color difference is not covered.
    • Material not as expected is not covered.

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be issued in store credit, which may then be used to purchase any other product of your choice.  Return shipping may be required and is the responsibility of the customer for all shipping costs, taxes, duties or customs.

We cannot issue an exchange for orders made with store credits.

Not Accepted Returns

Returns will not be accepted for products which are in working condition and as described.

  • Not Accepted: No longer want the product.
  • Not Accepted: Material not as expected.
  • Not Accepted: Normal wear and use.
  • Not Accepted: White marks or spots.
  • Not Accepted: Slight design misalignment.
  • Not Accepted: Slight color differences.

All Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Products:

We apologize for any product issues and strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you did not receive an item, please review the options below.

We do not require you to return faulty or incorrect products if you can provide us images via email.

Options:

  • Your orders full value in store credit.
  • A 70% refund to your original payment method.
  • These options are not negotiable.

Final Sale Policy:

All orders using store credit or gift cards are final.  All festive products (Halloween, Christmas, Valentines Day, July 4th) are final.

Returns Address:

All returned products must include proof of purchase and reason for return.  We require up to 10 days to process your return once received.
